MAX4640ESD+T Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 14 terminations.
