MB39A123PMT-G-JN-ERE1 Overview

It comes in a 48-LQFP package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 6 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 1.7V~11V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -30°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 1MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Soft Start. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 100 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability.
