This package contains 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width). In this package, we have included the Tape & Reel (TR) package as well. It is available in the Surface Mount version as well. Differential output is fully functional. Communication is handled by AND/NAND Gate logic. The operating temperature at -40°C~85°C has been extended. A 4 Input (2, 2) input is included in it. It is a part of the 100EL series. Powered by 4.2V~5.7V, it runs on batteries. An additional feature of this part is that it has 8 terminations.
