MC10EL07DG Overview


The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for download. The Tube package contains the following files. You can also get it in the Surface Mount version. It has full functional Differential output. The communication type used by this application is XOR/XNOR Gate logic. At -40°C~85°C, operating temperatures have been extended.
