MC10H105FNR2 Overview


A 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is included. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package included in this package as well. You can also get it in the Surface Mount version. The unit has a fully functional Differential output that can be controlled. Communication is handled by NOR/OR Gate logic. At 0°C~75°C, the operating temperature is extended. It contains inputs which are referred to as 7 Input (2, 3, 2) inputs. There is a series of 10H models based on this model. Parts with 20 terminations are included in the package. There are 20 pins joining it. 3 basic circuits are used in its construction. This is a 10H product. This part features ASYMMETRICAL INPUTS, too, to enhance performance.
