MIC2130-1YML-TR Overview
Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 8V~40V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switch at 150kHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "MIC2130". Total pins of switching converter are 16. The dc dc regulator's usual output current is 15A, which should be noted down when you start a project. To ensure the reliability under power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set as 92 %.
