In order to save board space, the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is used. LED drivers use 1 outputs for their design.We are using Surface Mount as the mounting method.It emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency.It is able to work normally at the operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ.Backlight has many advantages.The system operates on the basis of the frequency 1.2MHz.In this case, it uses 6 terminations.The configuration of the board is built around 6 pins.There may be undetermined failures if the voltage supply falls below 2.8V.A total of 4 segments are estimated.I have mounted it by Surface Mount.It is under the base part number MIC3287 that the LED driver can be found.It is acceptable for the voltage to be 6.5V.A voltage of 36V is produced by it.To meet the highest efficiency standards, it can be operated with a minimum supply voltage of 2.8V.When the supply current should be less than 5mA, the device will provide high efficiency.
