This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 2V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 170kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control.
