Inverter logic is the basis of its operation. This part needs a voltage of 3V~18V to function properly. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C are extended for operation. In Surface Mount, the part is mounted. There is 8.8mA 8.8mA output current in the high or low states. 4000B is the series it belongs to. In total, there have been 14 terminations.
