NLX1G97AMX1TCG Overview


The 6-XFLGA package. As part of this package, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is included. A version of Surface Mount is also available. Single-Ended output is fully functional. Configurable Multiple Function logic is used in its communication. At -55°C~125°C, the operating temperature has been extended. It has inputs for 3 axis. It is part of MiniGate? series. The power supply used by this device is 1.65V~5.5V. Part includes 6 terminations. Check out NLX1G97 to see more similar parts. The pins are joined using 6 pins. Installation and disassembly of the device are made easy by its Surface Mount design. Logic gate applications are handled by this 6 solution. Normal volatge needed for the part is 2.3V. From the 1G product line, it is available. There is a Gates for specialiGatesed needs here. As long as the device is in a quiescent state, there is a current of 1μA flowing over it. All of this is enclosed in a proper TAPE AND REEL package. It is important that the maximum voltage on the device is kept below 5.5V in order to protect it. The compact package includes 1 gates. 2 input lines were combined.
