TL064CD Overview


There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. J-FET-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tube case. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 14 pins on the board.
