TL5001QDR Overview


In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc controls with 3.6V~40V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at 20kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Dead Time Control, Frequency Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
