TPS40020PWPR Overview


Capsuled in the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 2.25V~5.5V. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz~1MHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
