TPS40091RHDT Overview


It comes in a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 4 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~15V and has a 4.5V~15V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~1.2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. Various 28 terminations.
