TPS53316RGTT Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. There is a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. 725kHz 1.1Mhz 1.8MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.9V as an input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
