FIFO memory chip is contained in the CDIP package.It's packaged in the shape of a Bulk .A Through Hole mounting method is recommended.16 pins are used for operation.In order to operate FIFO design, a maximum current of 45mA is required.FIFO is recommended that the supply voltage be set to 5V in order to maximize efficiency.This FIFO products runs at -55°C degrees Celsius at a minimum temperature to ensure reliability.By using a memory logic's maximum operating temperature of 125°C degrees Celsius, stable operation can be achieved.If the supply voltage is very low, such as 4.5V V, FIFO may be able to operate.An input voltage of 5.5V V is the maximum that FIFO memory can handle.
