74AHC00S14-13 Overview


Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~125°C TA. Part Surface Mount is mounted. 8mA 8mA is the output current's high and low states. This is part of the 74AHC series. 14 terminations have been made so far. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. There is a chip like this in AHC/VHC/H/U/V. A total of 14 pins are injected into the body of the part. Many applications include this logic device with a Surface Mount mounting. To find out what the 14 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. There are 2 inputs on this part. The part has 20μA current flowing through it in the quiescent state. This logic device is a typical Gates. Circuits number 4 make up this device.
