Logical driver uses a neat 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package. Cut Tape (CT) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 0.8V~3.6V. Qualified to operate within -40°C~125°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 4mA 4mA. Logical driver can deal with Push-Pull output (s). All of the 2 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 74AUP series devices. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. 2 channels for high quality communication. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 4mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct 4mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 800mV at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 3.6V. Wireless transceiver is able to output 2 lines. Because of its 2 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. Supplier device package of this electronic part would be SOT-363. It is sufficient to make 2 outputs. Bus transceiver operates on 40μA.
