74HC1G66GV-Q100H Overview


Due to its SC-74A, SOT-753 packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. Based on SPST - NO switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. A total of 1 circuits make up this switch device. 74HC1G66 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 70Ohm. For details about the functions of 5 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 10V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. It is recommended to use 2V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. The switch device would be able to operate with 40μA current. Using only a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires 2V~10V voltage. In an environment with a temperature higher than 125°C, the digital switches should not operate.
