The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 1.2V~3.6V is required for the part to function properly. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. Current output is 24mA 24mA in both the high and low states. There are several in the 74LVC series. Total terminations are 14.
