74LVT125D Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SO package. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V. Transceiver shares the LVT family's comprehensive benefits and features. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 7mA. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 3.3V recommends users apply 3.3V on the logical driver. 1 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features INPUTS CAN BE DRIVEN BY 3.3V OR 5V COMPONENTS to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 64mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -32mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2.7V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 3.6V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. The fundamental operation of logical driver is based on 4 circuits.
