AD9517-4ABCPZ Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency.
