AD9520-4BCPZ Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
