In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.8GHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
