AD9522-0BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL.
