AD9544BCPZ Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called Differential or Single-Ended and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 2 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 2.4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.465V.
