AD9578BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 919MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 2.625V. A maximum voltage of 2.375V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Clock generator ic works with 2.375V~3.63V.
