ADE7978ACPZ-RL Overview


Packing in Tape & Reel (TR). An example of a 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is shown below. You can use it as a 3 Phase meter. We have it in Surface Mount. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. It operates using 2.97V~3.63V power supply. For more parts that are similar to this, search ADE7978. The I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of zero on their low-level interfaces. There is a voltage 2.4V on this device for high-level I/Os. Parts of the part have 28 terminations on them. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. The normal voltage needed for the part is 3.3V. This device may not be able to operate without a voltage of 2.97V or higher. There should be no greater than 3.63V voltage applied to the device at any time. The 28 pins are connected by 28 pins. This is a 28 solution for logic gate applications. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. When the supply current is set to 10.6mA, the PMIC will operate normally.
