ADF4107BRU-REEL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented.
