ADF4154BCPZ-RL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 4GHz is available. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~3.3V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output.
