ADF4208BRUZ-RL Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 2GHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 2.7V~5.5V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here. This electronic component can be classified into Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
