ADG1613BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature.
