ADG620BRM Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 8. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. 8 pins are injected to the electronic part body.
