ADM1063ACPZ-REEL7 Overview


This power management consists of 40 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 10 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Sequencer manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. Power ics operate at 10 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 40 pins on power management. 40 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 3V. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Programmable. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 4.2mA is the recommended value.
