ALD4201SCL Overview

As the electronic part is packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. The multiplexer consists of 4 circuits. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 135Ohm. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. Multiplexers should not be powered above 12V in normal situations. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 3V. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 6V. Temperatures higher than 70°C are not recommended for operation of the analogue multiplexer. Suppliers offer a 16-SOIC package.
