ALD4202MSCL Overview


The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operating temperature extended to 0°C~70°C TA. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. There are 4 circuits in this switch device. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 135Ohm. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 12V. There should be 3V voltage fed to the electrical part below 3V. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 6V. In an environment with a temperature higher than 70°C, the digital switches should not operate. There is a 16-SOIC package offered by suppliers.
