ALD4211SCL Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. 4 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. A 135Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 12V to a switch device. There should be 3V voltage fed to the electrical part below 3V. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 6V. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. Suppliers offer a package with 16-SOIC.
