Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 5V~12V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
