AZ7500CUMTR-EA Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 7V~36V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 1kHz~200kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. There are only 16 pins on switching converter. Statistically, the DC regulator outputs 5V voltage. During power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set to 45 %. As DC switcher has a Surface Mount, it's suitable for most applications and prototype designs. If the user wishes to run the voltage regulator dc to dc in a circuit safely and reliably, they should apply 15V. You should keep dc regulator at -40°C degrees or higher. There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs. There would be 16-SOIC supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
