BD48E23G-MTR Overview


Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 950mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount.
