CS42516-CQZR Overview


Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 64-LQFP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. Due to the fact that this part is of the type General Purpose, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance at -10°C~70°C makes it possible to operate normally. It is integrated with 2 / 6 ADCs / DACs. A supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is applied to the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 3.13V~5.25V for the digital circuit. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 64 terminations are used.
