The switching controller fits in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc controls with 3.1V~7V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. There is a switch at 150kHz~750kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . Various 14 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 3.5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
