CY22150FZXIT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
