The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. It provides a maximum frequency of 133MHz 167MHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. 2.7V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
