CY23FP12OXCT Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 28 terminations in this file.
