The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency.
