DG180AA Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a TO-100-10 Metal Can. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C TA. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used for these analog switches. 2 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 10Ohm. Digital switch that provides Dual power at a cost-effective price. If put voltage greater than 1.5mA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. The electrical part can be operated at 15V voltage levels. Temperatures above 125°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. There is 10Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part. Suppliers offer a package with TO-100-10.
