DG271BCJ Overview


Packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Through Hole position. 1:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. There are 4 circuits in this multiplexer. A 50Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 36V. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Dual supply type. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 7.5mA, damage can occur. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 22V. The voltage should be at least 7V if you are using dual power supplies. Operating voltages range from 15V.
