DG302BDJ Overview


Presented in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. Through Hole is where this multiplexer is located. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There is an electrical component included in the 14 series. A DPST - NO switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. The multiplexer consists of 2 circuits. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 50Ohm. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 36V. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. If you put voltage higher than 1mA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. You should attach at least 7V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This electrical part is compatible with 15V operating voltages. There are 4 inputs to be operated. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 50Ohm.
