DG307BDJ Overview


Due to its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. Mounted in Through Hole is this multiplexer. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. A key feature of the 14 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. A SPDT switching circuit is used for these analog switches. The multiplexer consists of 2 circuits. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 50Ohm. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. Users shouldn't supply more than 36V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 13V. Putting voltage greater than 100μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 22V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 7V should be attached. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. In order to operate the 4 inputs, there are several steps to follow. A Drain to Source resistance of 50Ohm is shown for this electronic part.
